There’s plenty of reasons to be excited about St-Patrick’s Day, it could be the drinks or maybe the parade. But this year, an Irish Cream Bundt Cake recipe is the perfect reason for me to celebrate the Irish holiday. To satisfy your sweet tooth, I decided to recreate this recipe I found on Food and share the delicious taste of Carolan’s Irish Cream but like…in a cake.
I usually bake when I want to feed a group of people, but there are so many yummy authentic Irish recipes out there. If you’re looking for inspiration, Pinterest will be your best friend (if it isn’t already). I even tried a Homemade Irish Cream recipe last year, I wish I had the time to make it again to incorporate it in this recipe. This could be a great gift for your guests or even some added spice in the morning with a Boozy Iced Coffee for the week following St-Patty’s weekend festivities.
Irish Cream Bundt Cake Mania
I know, I KNOW! It’s dripping in sweetness. I think I was conservative with the amount of Irish cream in the cake, but I went all in with the glaze! Glaze it up my friends, glaze it up! If you are feeling a little greedy, there’s a ton of glaze options out there, like this Chocolate Bourbon Glaze, Salted Caramel Glaze and more. Be creative and play with flavors!
This recipe will be part of a St-Patrick’s Day recipe roundup with a group of fabulous food bloggers from around the world, so stay tuned for my mouth-watering recipes.
Enjoy your festivities, don’t forget to drink up, St-Patrick’s Day is just around the corner.
